Product Description
The HRC70 Deep Black 4-Flute Flat End Mill is a precision 700 Hardened Steel engineered and manufactured by HARDVIK in Zhuzhou, Hunan, China — the country’s carbide capital. Model EM-700-4F-Flat is made from virgin tungsten carbide for consistent hardness, wear resistance and dimensional accuracy. A Deep Black finish can be applied to match your application and branding requirements. Typical machined materials include Hardened / quenched steel (HRC55-63). Supplied with a minimum order quantity of 10 pcs, and fully supported by OEM/ODM customization — custom geometry, coating colors, private-label packaging and drawing-based replication.

Coating & Production
Coating color is fixed per series — it is not customizable. Each series has its own identifying color; the color tells you which grade/series the tool belongs to. (The color is a series identifier, not a coating-formula claim — we do not publish coating chemistry.)

- No blanks available: If blanks are not in stock, production takes 25-45 days.
- Custom drawing production: If customization by drawing is required, molds must be made — this typically takes 30-60 days.
- Custom coating: 3-10 days.
- Sample orders: 3-7 days.

Payment Terms
Standard: Default 100% T/T advance payment.
Premium customers: Buyers with good credit and repeat order history may pay a minimum 50% deposit; the remaining 50% balance must be settled before packaging and labeling.

Currency & Trade Terms
