Production Process
From raw powder to finished product — 7 steps of precision manufacturing.
Batching

Pressing
CNC automatic pressing machines form the powder into insert blanks with consistent density and dimensional accuracy.
Sintering
Vacuum sintering at 1400-1500°C followed by HIP (Hot Isostatic Pressing) for maximum density and strength.
Grinding

Edge Sharpening

Passivation
