Coating & Production
We produce large quantities of insert blanks in advance. When a coating is required, we arrange coating per your specifications. Normal coating time is 5-10 days, possibly sooner.

The RCMT0803MO Two-tone Milling Insert is a precision Milling engineered and manufactured by HARDVIK in Zhuzhou, Hunan, China — the country’s carbide capital. Model RCMT0803MO is made from virgin tungsten carbide for consistent hardness, wear resistance and dimensional accuracy. A Two-tone finish can be applied to match your application and branding requirements. Typical machined materials include Steel, stainless steel, cast iron. Available grades: P10-P30, M10-M20. Supplied with a minimum order quantity of 2000 pcs, and fully supported by OEM/ODM customization — custom geometry, coating colors, private-label packaging and drawing-based replication.

- Stock blanks: As a custom factory, we do not maintain large inventories. We produce blanks in advance for high-volume products — when you need a specific coating color, we arrange coating immediately, which takes 3-10 days. Please order in advance.
- No blanks available: If blanks are not in stock, production takes 25-45 days.
- Custom drawing production: If customization by drawing is required, molds must be made — this typically takes 30-60 days.
- Custom coating: 3-10 days.
- Sample orders: 3-7 days.

Payment Terms
Standard: Default 100% T/T advance payment.
